Now for the purchase: The market is crazy right now, and fast paced, and Sam knows his real estate. He is also the broker, no other middle man to ask, or get approval from. He can walk into a property and advise if the price is correct, over, under, what needs to be remodeled, why it hasn’t sold yet etc., his knowledge is extensive. Sam took the time to show us over a dozen properties, and helped us make multiple offers, finally settling on a great property. Sam has a very creative approach to get you the best deal he can. He offers suggestions to both sides so everyone walks away happy. He is truly the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with, answers calls, emails, and texts as soon as they come in.
