Sam is AMAZING! Responsive, professional, amazing and goes above and beyond! We live in another state and selling a duplex that has tenants. Sam went to the home on several occasions to assist with things he absolutely didn't have to. We ran into a title snag, and Sam was so helpful and patient while we were getting it fixed.
