I cannot say enough positive comments about Sam! This is the second property we have sold with him and the second property we have purchased with him. Let's start with the sale: Sam did a full walk through of our property, listing all of its assets and upgrades, and made a recommendation on a listing price, which was higher then what we thought. Two weeks later, and we were under contract for more than our target! Sam handled our request to be on property for every showing and inspection giving us peace of mind the house was protected while he was there. Sam guided us through inspection negations and answered all of the technical questions that come up during contracting.
